I am now, after more than 5 decades in the work force, officially semi-retired. New hobby: gardening. Old hobby restarting: table tennis. I still have some classes to teach and materials to design, many of which I will continue to share with the dear members of ESLPs. You may come across my materials on Facebook and my blog.

Christmas Bingo boards 8-10 (of 10)
This is the last of the boards. Go to my account to find more. I may upload more Christmas worksheets as we draw closer to Christmas. Usually I play with just 18 of the 24 riddle-calling cards and then each child will end up with at least 1 bingo and everyone finishes the game at the same time. If we play in the Christmas party then they get choco...

Around the World in Seven Days: 3 different activity cards
I have been teaching countries and I wanted to combine them with days of the week and came up with this. Have students work in pairs and ask questions like "What are you doing on Sunday?" "Im going to China." "What are you going to do there?" "Im going to see the Great Wall." Advanced students can talk about their "Around the World" trip using...

Capital Track N in full color, black and white and blank.
This upper case N has a different vocabulary set from the lower case letter. I have thickened some lines keep the child on the right track. Mini Book 4: Missing Pet in colour and greyscale
This is an adaptation of a story I wrote in 2007. This story uses only phonically regular words, 5 short vowels and a limited number of consonants as well as the words my and the, which the children have met in previous stories. For reading comprehension interact with the children like this: What is missing? Whats in/on the? What colour is ...

Clipit Cards 41-60 of 60 with backs
Print, laminate and cut out the cards. Scatter the cards and give each child a clothespin/peg. The child attaches it to one of the words and, if correct, keeps the cards. These can also be used in flash card games. They will look a lot more professional if you give them backs.

Countable Uncountable and Containers flash cards 13-18 of many.
Have you ever taught countables and uncountables in English only and then tried showing students how we can move from uncountable to countable using containers and then numbers (noun-adjectives)? Use with the container flash cards to show how we count the contains but often not the contents.

Capital Track P in full color, black and white and blank.
This upper case P has a different vocabulary set from the lower case letter. I have thickened some lines keep the child on the right track. Suggestions on how to use the worksheet and a key can be found inside. There is not enough vocabulary for the capital Q so I will try and make another track game.

What are they playing? (2 of 2) In colour and grayscale
I decided to do one more related to music as I thought it good to contrast these two forms of play using musical instruments and sports. Children can use the list of musical instruments to assist them in completing the worksheet. Buzz, buzz. Here is the other one: http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=652200#thetop
