Trackball �
rat�n de bola Motherboard
� placa madre Slot �
ranura Hub � ladr�n (it depends on the context) Tablet PC �
ordenador que gira la pantalla unos 180� Bus serial - Forma de transmisi�n bit por bit en una l�nea Handheld � �de mano� (pero falta un sustantivo
detras)

It �s very difficult to find a spanish translation for these words, they �re used in English by Spanish speakers. I suggest you to use pictures, but here are some words that you can use:
Handheld - Ordenador de bolsillo o computador de mano Universal Serial Bus (USB) - Conductor universal en serie Hub - Concentrador Slot - Ranura de expansi�n Motherboard - Tarjeta madre
I didn �t find any Spanish word for tablet pc and trackball. Like I said, use pictures!!! They are very useful.

-handheld: portable/port�til
-serial bus: conductor en serie
-tablet pc: (es un tipo de laptop que no necesita teclado ni mouse)
-hub: concentrador de puertos (USB hub: concentrador de puertos USB)
-slot: ranura
-motherboard: placa madre
-trackball: dispositivo apuntador o cursor (la bola que va en el mouse o en el paddle)

Agree with Pam D in everything. In Spain "a hub" is called "multiplicador de puertos"
