TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS

hi everybody,
some of my teens are going to work as trainees in a beauty center in december. They will have to answer the phone to inform people on prices, taking appointments, giving information.... They are far from being fluent and the task seems huge to me! However, I quite like the challenge! Do you have any ideas to help me find such phone conversations (I need loads!!!!)? thanks a lot.

If I remember correctly Helen Mck has awesome conversation worksheets on chit chat, hairdressing, talking on the phone etc... and they can be adapted to suit your needs too... Definitely check her out as she has something on everything!
