many ws on the same day

I have a question. I have seen today that many ws - about 15 - have been sent on the same day by the same person (about ROAD SIGNS or sth) . I �m not allowed to upload more than 3 a day. Is it because some people belong to a higher category than others? As I �m new I �d just like to know. Thanks in advance

there are no people of higher category on this site, how could you think that? Unhappy

We �ve talked about this several times already but it seems to be some glitch in the system.
