a tap on the knee....

Hi dears!
Who can translate this into Spanish, please?

"Just give a tap on the knee", I know it s a joke, but exactly, what?
Thanks...

Well, I remember the old joke:

- "Doctor, What can I do about water on the brain?"
- "A little tap on the head should work."

Boom, boom!

British English tap is faucet in American English but tap can also mean a gentle knock...........

...........I don t think it translates into Spanish particularly well.

Carry on anyway, chaps!
