I urgently need some help/a piece of advice...
As the end of the school year is near, I �d like to give my students some kind of
questionnaire covering questions concerning this year �s English lessons.
E.g.:
Did your teacher motivate you during the learning process?
Was the presented material interesting?
etc. etc.
 
Is there anything available on the Internet?
