I just want to double-check, though. If they say in the "Terms of use" that:

However, images are only free to use on personal web pages in exchange for a hyper link back to this site like this: Clipart from Clipartheaven.com. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, Clipart Images, on this site."
... this means we can use them here, in our worksheets?

Hi, I don �t agree with you, LB. If you read the whole part pasted above, it states clearly:
modify, create
derivative works from...
When we make a printable we modify and create derivative works.
That �s where they can get us.

There are no doubts, we can �t use their clipart in this site, the way we usually use clipart in our printables.
