etc.

I haven �t been able to find an extensive list.

Hi, You have a very good point.
Curiosity got the better of me and I had a good look around.
I found stuff on the 5W �s http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Ws
and some exercises on infinitive constructions,
but not a great deal.
Fertile subject for worksheets me thinks...
