worksheets for blind learners

Hi out there!
I hope you re having a nice weekend. This is a special SOS since it is to help a very special person. I m teaching a completely blind boy of 12 years, but who has never studied English before. I d like to know if any of you can suggest a web site where I could find easy worksheets which could be translated into Braille language.  I d be very grateful as he is quite interested in learning but I can t dedicate him all the time he needs and I d like to.   Thanks a lot.

Hello cuchifritin... I ve worked with visually impared students on several ocassions and here in Connecticut we have Services for the Blind that offer translations of books into Braille for free. Do you have anything like that in Spain??

Do you have access to any free braille materials in English?  I sent away for a free book all in Braille 2 years ago.  It was completely free.  Perhaps I can find the website again.

Also using beads or drops of glue and cardstock paper you may be able to create some simple flashcards in braille.

If there is a website with simple sheets that show braille patterns/letters/words you can shrink them down, print them and add something to each dot to make it raised and easy to "read".

Here are a few links that may help:
