Hi colleagues! when somebody says to us thank you what can we say to him/her apart from you are welcome, not at all or don �t mention it?

I�d like to add something to all of these phrases: it is also possible to say nothing and just give a smile or nod your head letting the person know you heard. But it always depends on the situation. IMHO Smile
