Does anybody know if there �s a difference between RENEW and REVAMP?

It all depends on the situation.
If you renew a subscription - it means you re-order something you �ve had, like a monthly magazine. If you renew something - it could mean that you shine something up, but not change it drastically.  (it stays pretty much as it did before in structure)
If you revamp something - you might change something like souping up a car or motorbike - making it run faster or adding spoilers and painting it.
