Hi there

This post is for Portuguese teachers specially :) but others are welcome to help too :)

I was asked to prepare a module of 50h (adult teaching) relating the topic

"Acolhimento e assist�ncia ao cliente" (translation: reception and customer service).

Does anyone have material on this? or a Unit Plan?

I �d be highly grateful if anyone could help...
