Could you differentiate between " Be Going to" and " Present Progressive " . I have known one hint that " Be Going to" is normally  for planning  without indicating the time . Could you link me some useful wss on this ? Thank you

to express future with present progressive you have to add time expressions at the sentences..for example

I �m going to go to the park. (be going to)
I �m going to the park next Saturday (present progressive)
