 I prepared a powerpoint activity and I want to send it but the problem is that I �ve used the story and the activities from the British  Council web site "Learn English Kids" so can I send it or it will be considered as sth stolen .

The broblem is that learnenglishkids is an esl website and we are not allowed to use materials from esl books or websites. My suggestion would be to include a link to the story instead of copying the story itself to your ppt and other slides could contain activities to the story. In this case your ppt would be absolutely legit for uploading here.
