Hello dear colleagues,
I need an audio about a dialogue between a doctor and a patient or a person talking about their visit to the doctor. I didn �t find a useful one in google.

You can usually find these in a good ESL book but there are some suitable ones on the web such as these:
 
Doctor �s Visit [basic conversation] (audio only - slow & normal speed)
 
Conversation between doctor and patient [complex conversation] (links to script and activities at bottom of page)
 
 
Doctor �s Visit [description] look at additional links at bottom of page
 
A visit to the Doctor [recount] (audio for recount only, no activity)
