I need help from native German and Spanish speakers

I �ve prepared a video to help teach days of the week in English http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThaF0xhEVD0

I want to create a video in German and one in Spanish.

The English text is as follows:

Monday ~ On Monday I go horse riding

Tuesday ~ On Tuesday I play football

Wednesday ~ On Wednesday I go swimming

Thursday ~ On Thursday I do gymnastics

Friday ~ On Friday I go cycling

Saturday ~ On Saturday I play basketball

Sunday ~ On Sunday I play tennis

My literal translations are poor. I need help from native German and Spanish speakers. Please help me to translate the English text into these languages.

Okay, I asked my German colleague. Both Lefe �s and Cagreis � answers are correct, but for the sake of parallelism (keeping the same format for each day) I would use Lefe �s answer.
