He was heard shouting for help
2. When did the technician service your air-conditioning?
When did you have your air conditioning serviced?
I think they are OK. what do you think?

They are definitely OK, but the second one could also be "When was your air-conditioning serviced?", especially if you want it to be Passive.

Both are correct.
The second sentence is in the causative (have/get sth done)
