Dear friends,
I need your advice. I have a students who works as a cardealer receptionists. His job is to attend cutomers who bring their cars to be repaired. He has to fill information about the cars and an complete the form with the costs and sometimes works with insurance companies when there is an accident and the car has serious problems. He has a lot of English customers and he wants to learn English. Any ideas about cars and engines vocabulary and specific questions and answers to attend the cusomers.
