Number 4 has all the information a person needs -

Price
what you re selling
who it s for.

If you plan to limit your services to children and teens, then I agree; number 4 is the best. On the other hand, if you would consider tutoring adults, then go with number 1. Number 3 is okay, but it isn t as concise as number 1. Don t go with number 2 at all because in English, tuition refers to the price of a school or college, not the teaching.

I agree with Moody, except that number 4 should say "tutoring", not "tuition".

I don t understand what is wrong with tuition in this context - I think it s fine.

My view is that for a typical American "tuition" means money paid to study (1st definition below).

This could be  a US- GB thing, but according to Websters you are right Lynne:

tuition

noun ə-ˈwi-shən, ty-

: money that is paid to a school for the right to study there

: teaching that is done especially for a single person or small group
