The speaker is concerned, too = suggestion =  Let us catch the bus.

Remember that the imperative form is used to give instructions, orders, so, you don�t use the subject,it is implicit as it only can be YOU (singular or plural)
Clean the table
Be quiet
Don�t panic, etc.
If WE or I is implied you use :Let�s = Let�s go to the park - Let�s study - etc.
