Does it sound natural?

Hi everyone!

I know it s a very silly doubt but I need someone who can tell me if this sentence sounds natural in english: "Circle the animals that appear in the story"
What do you think? Can you think about another option which maybe sounds better?
Thanks in advance :)

Hi,
I m guessing that your problem is with the fact that they aren t actually circling the animals. In the US, we would definitely say this. If you want to be fussy about it, you could say "Circle the names of the animals...".

Hi!..

I think you can also say.. "Circle the pictures of the animals..."

Perfectly natural and ok, and a commonly used expression

Thank you all :)
I was afraid that it was a literal translation from spanish and it doesn t sound natural for native english speakers. Then I started to wonder in other possibilities (circle the picture, animals you have seen in the story, animals you saw...) and my brain just go mad! Wink
Thanks again!
