Could you please tell me if there is any mistake in this exercise about present perfect ans simple past.

Jose Antonio Dom�nguez Bander, now known as Banderas (to grow) GREW UP__in a back street in the middle of Malaga.  His father WAS-a police inspector and his mother __WORKED-as a teacher.

 

 

When he WAS a child, he (sing) SANG well and  he LIKED_paintting, acting and playing football.  Banderas (recently/appear) __HAS RECENTLY APPEARED__-in many films. Thanks to a combination of talent, good look and personal charm, he(receive) ___HAS RECEIVED_many significant roles. Anybody who (ever/work) _HAS_EVER WORKED -with him (to say) _HAS_SAID__good things about him. �He is a great actor� but he (always/be) ___HAS ALWAYS BEEN ________very luckly too.

 

Banderas (always/be) _HAS ALWAYS BEEN _________________________-in the right place  at the right time.

Tenses can �t be arranged this way in an authentic text. It �s advisable we use authentic texts when teaching or practising tenses in class. Your students won �t ever read or hear texts like the one you suggest in everyday contexts.
