This question doesn´t sound good to me!

Hi there I found this question in a reading exercise. However for me it is as if there is something missing. What do you think?
Thanks

"What will the videos the writer is planning do?

Thanks.

Does not make any sense

maybe, depending on context,

"What do the videos show (explain or depict) the writer is planning to do?"

I understand the question as:

What will the videos, which the writer is planning, do? = What will be the effect of the videos the writer is planning (to make / use / show) ?

I think mohamedthabet got it right. This is definitely an awkward sentence, and might better be written as "What will the videos do that the writer is planning?", or mohamed ´s suggestion, or "What will the videos that the writer is planning, do?"

An important part of writing is being sure that your meaning is clear, and this one didn ´t accomplish that.
