Heroes - Action Verbs

I am doing a lesson on heroes.  I want to find some sort of picture dictonary or matching activity with a list of action verbs RELATED TO SUPERHERO ABILITIES such as: to fly, to climb, to change, to break -etc.  Does anyone know where I can find such a thing?
Thanks,
Tracy

Spiderman in Amazing Adventures   was a hit with my students one summer. Lots of action verbs with quizzes and games. I am not sure about a list: check it out. www.ed.gov/inits/americareads/spidey/index.html     From the archives of the US govt initative on reading America Reads.   Susan

Why not just photocopy frames from various comic books and label them?

If you watch Heroes on your computer and pause it at the times you want, you could then use the print screen function to copy and make your own flashcards?

Have you checked out the Grammar Superhero?  He has a free downloadable comic that you may be interested in.  You can find him (and his free activities) at:

If you follow the link it will take you to a page with a song and talking vocab. ( It is under construction but should be available soon).
