can you help me ?  What does rubber baby buggy bumpers mean?

Let �s start with "buggy": a buggy is a small vehicle, usually with four wheels. A baby buggy, therefore, is a baby carriage that a baby can recline or lie in. Baby buggy bumpers would be around the carriage and help protect it from bumps and scrapes, like the bumpers on a car. A good material for baby buggy bumpers would be rubber. So, baby tells us what kind of buggy, baby buggy tells us where the bumpers are, and rubber tells us what the bumpers are made of.

All that said, I �ve never heard the term used except as a tongue twister. I suppose it could if you worked at Graco or another manufacturer of carriages, strollers, and car seats. (Graco came to mind because of the 4 million car seats that were recalled this week.)
