Hey everybody. It �s the first time I �m teaching English to adults, it �s a kind a training course related to customer services (e.g. hotel and restaurant services...).
Can you help me cause I think it �s not so easy to find teaching resources and videos related to these topics...

Have a look at some of the Fawlty Towers related worksheets here. There are a total of 12 episodes, each about 30 minutes long.
The episodes display wonderfully how customers should not be served/treated - I am sure, you can build a number of lessons around that.
