Hello everyone !
Hope someone can help me !!
I have been trying to send a printable for a few days but when I send my document, the website seems to encounter a problem "internal servor error" and I can �t send anything.
Has it ever happened to anyone? Should I wait a few more days and try again?
I never had this kind of problem before !

Hi. I �ve had the same thing when the worksheet size exceeded 500 kb which is the limit, or if it is pdf, not Word document.
If the size is too big, check whether there are pictures in the document that are simply too big, resize them and check again.

Hi. You should first take out the picture, reduce its size. How to do it depends on what computer you have. Then you just put the resized picture where it belongs to and proceed with the file.
