You have lots of materials on this site - Maryse made lots of materials just for speaking. But since you have a specific type of student you can go to this site http://usefulenglish.ru/phrases/listening-for-phrases-greetings , which I find very useful for this purpose, or you can search printables containing greetings, personality adjectives, giving directions and others, depending what he really needs, maybe he needs some business terms more or maybe he just wants to know how to greet someone.
