Is there any situation where I can say "peoples"? I�ve just heard it and it sounds a bit weird but I don�t know if it is right and in that case in what kind of context it could be used.

people - plural of a person, that is men and women

peoples - people of different nationalities and countries

when describing race and (or) origin, groups(or grouping) of people the use of �peoples � is appropriate.
