I would like to ask you please about some materials to teach conversation classes.
I heard that Speak Now course by Oxford is a good one.
What do you think?

If you are teaching a higher level I would recommend "Keep Talking".  It has many communicative fluency activities.  Some of the activities really keeps the class talking.
