What would you use?

I am not sure whether " I communicate through/by social networks a lot" is correct. It s in one of my student s composition and she wrote across, which is obviously wrong but what about the other two?

Thanks in advance
Yolanda

I would insert an adverb before the verb like usually or often.

I often use social networks to communicate with friends

I would say  "via" is the prefered answer; but "through", "on" and "using" all work too.

I´d probably use "using"... But "through" or "via" the Internet are okay.

Id use through or via but the other suggestions work too.
