what s the difference between volunteering kids / Voluntary kids / and volunteer kids

First, you wouldn t say "voluntary kids". That would be people who volunteered to be kids, which is not what you mean at all.

The most natural-sounding option would be "kids who volunteer", but "volunteering kids" and "volunteer kids" both sound OK, although not exactly natural.

the work is voluntary which is done by kids but the kids are volunteering that s why we can call them volunteering kids as Bruce explained above.
