I can not download worksheets because my account has broken the rules of the website. How can I save my account? Please give me a help? Thanks.

You have to upload a worksheet (or more) that is your own work or creation and sticks to the rules of the site. Once you got 30 points (which is not much) you will be able to download 30 free worksheet a day !!
