Which form is correct in the compound adjective below: 1- English-speaking countries 2- English-spoken countries I �m confused because the first can mean countries that speak English and the second countries where English is spoken |

English-speakING countries.
The adjective is ACTIVE : the countries where people can speak English.
Whereas the 2nd adjective is PASSIVE and does not work properly here. |
