rhyme scheme of the poem Day

Hello dear fellow teachers,
I need your help urgently. I need to know if the rhyme scheme of the poem "Day" by Cecil Spring Rice  is
aaaa bbbb cccc dddd eee
or
aaaa bbbb cccc dddd ddd?
The last stanza uses the same final words as the previous one, so why should we suppose that the sounds are new and use eee for the final stanza?
Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot but what about different opinions such as the one stated here

I have no idea why a repeated end rhyme should be given a separate letter, Riham - unless its a personal preference to give a different letter of the alphabet to each stanza.
