Hi,
 
I wonder if native speakers would say Lets the show begin or not. I know it should be Let the show begin since this is the subjunctive.

You should think of let �s as let+us. Let �s is a contraction. NES would not say let �s the show begin. Let �s begin the show works because it is the same as let us begin the show.
