Is this sentence correct : «  What do you use the internet for ? » and is there another way to say it ?

Yes, the sentence is OK.
(the Internet should be capitalized, though, but that �s probably a typo) ...

Nothing wrong with your sentence. 

And regarding capitalisation of internet, it might be worthwhile having a closer look at the Wikipedia link Gi2gi supplied to support his contention that it should be capitalized; particularly the �usage� section.

Another way of saying it is "How do you use the internet?"

"What do you do on the internet?"
