Hi !

well a difficult question I must say !But what I have been doing during all the 28 years I spent teaching Moroccan high school students is :

1-BE LIGHTHEARTED ie not to be too serious all the time and box yourself in the lesson plan ,the curriculum and boring instructions

2-Always bring new things to class :the internet is full of things you can adapt to your sts level and interests

3-Always opt for short ways :the simplest way is the most efficient

4-design interesting ,familiar and feasable tasks to sts to help you achieve your lesson goals

and mainly think positively about the job.a teacher who is not too motivated himself cannot motivate his sts
