how can we change into passive
he is trying to score a goal.
A goal........................................

It would be "A goal is being tried to be scored" but it sounds awful! The reason being that the passive is normally used to put emphasis on the action being done, not the person doing the action. The verb "try" refers to the person doing the action so it isn �t really suitable for the passive voice.

Stephen987 is right about the construction and about how bad it sounds. This sentence definitely should not be made passive, for the reason he explained.
