dear mishuna;
I know a very usefull and funny song that you can use it for different topics..but the problem is how can I sing you the melody..I think you can�t find this song in web... but maybe you can create a new melody:)
 
one little finger, one little finger, one little finger tap tap tap( students tap their point fingers to eachother)
point to the ceiling , point to the floor(show the ceiling and floor with their finger.)
put it on your hat, skirt, trousers....
 
Or use this song for the parts of a body...
