Group Survivor Activity: Asteroid/Zombie Armageddon!

This is a great activity that can work for intermediate to advanced level students. Iīve got it set up on the download to work on indirect questions, but you could also set it up to work numerous other grammar points (present perfect especially). Just hand out a copy to each student, read through the basic storyline and provide them with time to think of questions and their own ideas for themselves. Then turn them loose to ask each other questions for 20+ minutes. After the mingling session you can then put them in a circle, and allow each person 30-60 seconds to make their last case before a vote. Works like a charm and the students seem to always enjoy it.
