This is a template for a class survey where 3 different people have 3 different worksheets, each asks the same question ´How do you feel about?´ but each one has different situations. They should ask three different people for their responses to the situations. There is even a column to write any different feelings they may come up with. This form can be changed to suit any level and any situations. You should amend the situations to suit the level and circumstances of your class. This was designed for teenagers and adults, but you could just as easily change it to children´s situations. Enjoy.
