Daily Questions or Bell ringer
This is something I use to start each day with beginning English Language Learners. Each question could have a different answer every day that it is used. While they fill this out, it gives me a few more minutes. I usually let them choose one of the three questions with an asterisk next to that they want to answer. They must answer all questions in complete sentences with correct punctuation. Used for a participation grade.
