Doing a unit on movies and making the students make their own movies... planned in class and filmed outside of class. In the midst of teaching genres and ´making a movie´ vocabulary having them do some music lectures to go over music genres, instruments and how music will set the mood for their scenes. So making them watch Cadillac Records at home and do this worksheet because the movie really ties it all together perfectly, and shows them American culture and the history behind all the music they love today :).
