I spy occupations poster 2 and new criss cross worksheet: words and pictures
I was surprised at how many comments and downloads the first one (http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=451098#thetop) recieved, so I guess you like it. Here is another, the last I suspect as it takes an age to do and I doubt I can think up another set of job titles. Many more occupations in this poster. Make small groups and give each group a magnifying glass and a poster, then dictate words to them. They must first find the words and then write them on the board. For new vocabulary, write the word on the board and have them find the correct picture. Now give them the criss cross puzzle to do. Another idea. Have children work in pairs pointing to a picture and asking “What does he/she do?” Lots of ways to use this unique resource. Vocabulary key inside. Did you look at yesterday�s I Spy? Enjoy.
