The 1st 45-minute-lesson (of 2) on the topic My Favourite Sport -- Reading Comprehension for Upper Elementary and Lower intermediate students
This is the first of 2 lessons on "My favourite Sports"- Series Reading leading to Writing (2 Pages). Reading tasks: After speculating about the text they are going to read (images, key words, parts of the speech...), students scan the text to find information to complete the table. Then, they do a T/F exercise, find opposites, equivalents and references. They are now ready to do the writing activity in the 2nd lesson.
