I am now, after more than 5 decades in the work force, officially semi-retired. New hobby: gardening. Old hobby restarting: table tennis. I still have some classes to teach and materials to design, many of which I will continue to share with the dear members of ESLPs. You may come across my materials on Facebook and my blog.

Whose are these? Flashcards 17-24 of 24 with backs and key
Here are some newly made flash cards for practicing the possessive s with "Whose are these?" and occupations. "Whose hats are these?" "They are the clowns hats." or "Those are the clowns hats." I decided to have fun and give each card its own border. If you print the back, it will be easy to keep the cards together and the right way up.

Word Puzzle 2: Whats he/she doing? includes 2 puzzles and backs
This puzzle is based on the ideads of Gitte (Mulle) who encouraged me to upload them; thank you Gitte. If you want to change colours of the smiley images, then copy and paste into MSPaint. Print onto thin card, cut into squares and deal the cards to the students. They do the rest.

Wheres the alien? Capital K track game in full colour, black and white and blank.
I could not find enough vocabulary to make my usual track game so I had my "brain wave" and came up with this simple game for practising stroke order by using prepositions. I have made a black and white version just incase you cannot print color (I know greyscale does not always print well) and I have included a blank. I hope you like it. Key and ...

Double the number of flash cards today with 16 to this worksheet. This set of unique flash cards which, if you download them all, will eventually morph into a game of "Switchit" (an UNO sort of game). I will include the answer key to all the cards in my final upload today.

New Alphabet Tracks: letter i in full color, black and white and blank.
This is another of my "new" "Alphabet Tracks" Another idea is to provide players with a list of the words and they have to try and complete the ‘spelling’ track without any errors and without reference to the list. The child holding the list checks the spelling of the other player/s. More information and a key inside. Todays other con...

What do they want to do?: in colour and grayscale with answer key.
Another hard to find worksheet using -want to do-. Children read the sentences, number the pictures and fill in the blanks with suitable verbs. Before I use this Im planning on reviewing some common verbs using the present continuous and then introducing and practicing the structure He/She wants to, then we will comb...

What are they playing? games flash cards 13-24 of 24
These go with another of my What are they playing? worksheets, the one that focuses on childrens games. I created them because many students may not know these games. In pair work one child hold the card and ask What (game) are they playing?, then they ask a follow up question such as Do you like playing/want to play? The pictures are high...

Christmas flashcards (1-16 of 32) reuploaded
I deleted these during a low point in my relationship with ESLP and now they are back to stay. You can use them as calling cards with my Christmas bingo or as you would with your regular cards. The other cards are here: http://www.eslprintables.com/printable.asp?id=477567#thetop

New Alphabet Tracks: letter n in full color, black and white and blank.
Just the one tonight, if you have missed any and want to catch up, just go to my accout and select newest first and scroll through the alphabet tracks. Here is another idea called Word Rush. Display all the tracks around the room. Children line up to get a letter of the alphabet from you, they find their track, then they memorize a many words as...
