SIMPLE SENTENCES - THE BICYCLE ANALOGY
This worksheet encourages pupils to think of sentences in simple terms - like the wheels of a bicycle. Using the bicycle image gives pupils a concrete visual image to help them create and understand simple sentences. No terminology (subject-predicate) is used to avoid confusion.
