reading comprehension about a musical school
a document I found in vocable and I prepared the questions. It starts with a discovery of the document then the pupils are asked to go a bit further in their understanding (and to get methods in doing so). Finally, there are 2 exercises to check they have understood.

Memory game : his or her ... ?
First, I tell my pupils they�re going to play a memory game and they get to look at page 1 (as a transparency for instance) for just a few seconds (10 to 30). Then, they get page 2 and need to remember if the objects are the boy�s or the girl�s. i use it to practise his... vs her... (I think it�s his/her pencil).

Listening to a song and discovering it
detailed student sheet for studying "Hey there Delilah" by the Plain White Ts. The students discover the song and its theme before trying to fully understand it. Then they recap all their ideas.
