An urban legend: the tale of the missing bride.
A reading comp. I have omitted 12 verbs, just to make them think, but not spoil the flow of the reading. Then they complete the exercises. When they know the story reasonably well, they could do a role play/hotseat activity. I have included two hotseat cards, plus the key to the missing words, in the order they appear.

Follow the instructions (prepositions practice)
The students must follow the instructions to complete the rooms. Then, I get them to compare their finished pictures with a partner and discuss any differences. Next they are given any three of the diagrams and they write descriptions. I got the pictures from clker.com apart from the last one; don�t know where that�s from.
